I've always loved cherry-anything. These dried Bing cherries are big, sweet, and just right for cereal. I eat a lot of granola, and I accent it with dried fruit. Okay, I load it up with dried fruit. I suppose my wife could find a recipe for something baked with dried cherries, but she'd have to get her own.
